Yuka has a passion for combining massage and movement. With qualifications in Physiotherapy from Japan and Pilates matwork also. Yuka is keen to add movement, exercises and stretching to her treatment sessions. She is offering remedial massage, pregnancy, reflexology, relaxation massage, assisted stretching and movement classes.

Meet Frey

Frey is a qualified remedial massage therapist with a strong interest in psychology and health. She supports her clients with pain prevention and strives to improve their quality of life by exploring the intersection of mind, body, and manual therapy. Her experience opened her to work with people from various stages and walks of life. Currently, she offers assisted stretching, sport massage, remedial massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and pregnancy massage.
